All Terms of service stated below applies for BeastyBby via Deviantart, Twitter, Youtube, Toyhouse, and any other social platform owned by BeastyBby.If you wish to hire me for commercial work, please get in contact with me privately so we can set up a contract outside of these terms.

General rules:• You may not Steal, Trace, or Re-post my Artwork under any circumstance.• Do not remove my watermarks on my artwork under any circumstance. The Commissioner may receive a non watermarked version but only for personal use and cannot be posted on media platforms.• Do not re-upload my art anywhere without explicit permission from me first. Character sharing sites like Toyhouse do not require permission but credit is mandatory. My username is always under the name BeastyBby.• My work is for personal use only. If you would like to use my work commercially, please contact me directly so we can set up a valid contract. You will be charged more for the rights to my work and it must be discussed before the commission begins. Any violation of this rule will result in an immediate blacklisting.• I may reproduce and post your commissioned work as a way for self promotion, but I will never re-sell or re-use it. If you do not wish to have your work posted please let me know beforehand.• I have the right to deny your commission if I am not comfortable with it.

Payment, Fees and Refunds:• I only accept Paypal commissions in which the payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order. We can negotiate payment plans if you have a budget so don’t be afraid to ask me and we can work something out.• All commissions must be invoiced via Paypal. I will fill out the invoice for you. This is so I have proof of our transaction for my protection.• I do not accept payments / or pay through Paypal through "gifts," as this is against Paypal's terms of service and shows no proof of our transaction.• If you have a deadline for a piece you must give me at least 1-3 month's notice depending on the arts complexity. If you want your commission finished sooner we can discuss a rush fee, but you must let me know beforehand.• Full refunds are only available up to the sketch phase, you are allowed as many edits as you want up until that point, but once lines/colors are applied, edits after that point will require compensation. If you want a refund after I have moved on from the sketch phase, the best I can offer you is a partial refund. If the artwork is complete, refunds will not be available.• With all my commissions I send you the buyer a sketch of my commission, this is the time to ask for edits! If you give me the all okay I will move onto lines/ color and will not issue refunds anymore.

Rules

What I Will Draw:• Oc's, Fanart, Animals, Humans, Humanoids, Anthro, Fantasy Creatures.
• Slight to extreme blood and gore
• Slight nudity (non sexual)
• Secret/Gift Commissions
(If its a gift I still need permission or proof that it is okay for me to draw this character from the person who owns the character)

What I Wont Draw:• Hateful / oppressive content
• Fetish art
• NSFW

Complicated characters will cost more (if you are unsure if your character is complicated feel free to ask me first).Extra characters will cost more depending on the commission.I will send the sketch to get the all clear for your commission; however, you are allowed to ask for work in progress' or updates at anytime.To ask for a commission you may send me a private message through any of my social medias or my art email at [email protected].If you have any other questions feel free to ask anytime!
