All Terms of service stated below apply for all owned accounts via Deviantart, Youtube, Toyhouse, Kofi, Twitter and any other social platform owned by BeastyBby.If you have an interest in hiring me for commercial work, please get in contact with me privately so we can set up a contract outside of these terms.

General rules:> I do not draw any sexual content of any means, nudity is okay.> I reserve the right to deny service to anyone, for any reason. I reserve the right to terminate a contract if the buyer breaks any terms of service listed below.> Do not steal, trace, or repost my artwork under any circumstance.> Do not remove my watermarks on my artworks under any circumstance. The commissioner shall receive a non-watermarked version at the time of purchase for personal use.> Do not use, repost, redistribute, heavily reference, alter or commercially profit off my art anywhere without explicit permission first. Character sharing sites like Toyhouse do not require permission but art and design credit is mandatory. My username is always under the same name, BeastyBby and usually linked on all my socials!> You may not sell my artwork as NFT’s! You may not upload my art through AI generators or any AI enhancements.> I retain copyright to all my works and may post your commissioned work as a way for self promotion. If you do not wish to have your work posted or wish to retain commercial rights please contact me privately beforehand.

Payment, Fees and Refunds:> I accept payment through Paypal, Cashapp, or Kofi! I will not start on a commission until I am paid fully unless we have negotiated a payment plan or other arrangements were made for you. If I do not hear from you 48 hours after claiming your character here or a commission slot I will assume you forfeit your slot and may move on to other potential buyers.> Payment for services are accepted through invoices. I do not accept “gift” payments via paypal as this goes against Paypal’s terms of service.> I accept payment only through USD currency.> If you have a deadline for a piece you must give me a 1-3 months notice depending upon art complexity. If you want your commission finished server we can discuss a rush fee but you must let me know beforehand.> Complicated characters will cost more (if you are unsure if your character is complicated feel free to ask me first).> Extra characters will cost more depending on the commission.> Full refunds are not available once work has been started, unless the contract is voided through my means.> With all my commissions I will send you a sketch, this is the best time to ask for edits! If the amount of changes and edits you ask for seem excessive by my discretion I may ask for a small compensation fee.> Refunds are defined by my discretion and may vary depending on the amount of work i’ve already put into a piece. I do not refund for buyers remorse or lack of funds please purchase responsibly.> Refunds are not available after a piece has been completed. Filing chargebacks will immediately place you on my blacklist regardless of circumstance.

Adoptables> You may not use my designs for anything related to bestiality, pedophila, hate speech or any themes that violate international law.> Once you purchase a design from me you may use the design to create lore, reference sheets, fandom inserts, ships and arpg stories.> You are allowed to make subtle changes to the design such as; colors, patterns, accessories or clothing.> You may change the species of the design you bought from. Example: changing a canine design to a feline design.> You may resell my designs for the same price you bought them or for less.
> You may sell the design for more if you have extra art attached to the character but only for the equal value or less.
> Do not price gouge my designs. This is disrespectful to me and my craft. Keep resales at the equal value or less when reselling.> Adoptables retain their value after being traded or gifted.
> Designs can depreciate if you sold / traded for a lesser valued price. Trade carefully. You are allowed to do split trades to keep original value.> All designs are made a Toyhouse profile. Please purchase, trade or sell any designs through Toyhouse and not 3rd party sites.> Do not turn any of my designs into a closed species.
